When you send an inquiry to Ziye Family, please include your design or any object you wish to transform into plush toys, along with the required size and intended order quantity. We will provide you with a detailed offer within one business day. We take every inquiry and project seriously, so if you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, kindly check your spam folder to ensure our response hasn’t landed there.
Once you accept our offer, we will send you the sample invoice and proceed to create the first prototype. Detailed pictures of the prototype will be shared for your approval on the overall structure. This step typically takes 5-7 days. We offer 1-2 free revisions after the prototype for your satisfaction.
After the prototype is approved, we will proceed with creating the final sample, including the correct fabrics, embroidery, prints, and accessories. This step usually takes 2-3 days. Detailed pictures of the final sample will be provided for your confirmation before dispatch, and express air shipment will take 3-4 days for delivery.
Once you receive the sample and are ready to proceed with bulk production, we will issue the contract for the deposit payment. At this stage, we will also assist you with designing your custom plush doll labels and hangtags.
Production begins with fabric purchasing and cutting. Our QC team performs inspections on the incoming materials and conducts thorough checks during every stage of production. Our sales team will keep you updated with pictures and videos throughout this process, while also arranging for safety testing as required.
