Final safety responsibility lies with the customer when re-testing, third-party compliance checks, or local regulatory requirements are concerned.
If materials are expressly specified by the customer and fail safety tests, re-test costs may not be covered by us.
Standard payment terms (e.g., deposit, balance before shipping) must be agreed in quotations or purchase agreements.
We accept payments via bank transfer, T/T, or defined payment methods agreed with the customer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on production schedules, customs clearance, and logistic carriers.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors including customs holds, carrier delays, pandemics, or force majeure.
